Service Coordinator – Developmental Services

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:

    Related experience in human services, education, healthcare, social services, or a helping profession is helpful—but direct experience in developmental services is not required
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may substitute
  • Skills:

    Strong organization, communication, empathy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Mindset:
    Curious, compassionate, and willing to learn

Position Details

  • Schedule:

    Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday Includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support
  • Pay:
    Starting at $24.09/hour, plus a generous on-call stipend and additional pay for emergency responses
