Join our Exchange Street team in Middlebury, VT as a Forklift Operator II and help maintain the safe, accurate and efficient flow of materials throughout warehouse, production and shipping operations. This hands‑on role is ideal for an experienced forklift operator who takes pride in safe equipment operation, organized inventory movement, and supporting daily operational priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Flexible 8‑hour workday, Monday‑Friday

$22.50 – $25.00 per hour (actual compensation will be based on experience and skill level)

• Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished goods, packaging and supplies throughout the facility.
• Support loading, unloading, staging, product rotation and shipment readiness for production and shipping needs.
• Complete warehouse records, inventory transactions and required documentation accurately.
• Communicate material needs, shipment priorities, staging concerns and inventory issues to warehouse leadership.
• Help maintain safe traffic patterns, organized storage areas, clean work spaces and dependable daily workflow.
