Responsibilities
  • Assist branch in meeting monthly performance standards for the branch and fulfill individual performance standards monthly.
  • Interview members and process applications for all types of consumer loans, reviewing application and documentation for completeness and accuracy according to credit union compliance guidelines.
  • Conduct all member account functions, including processing requests for new services, providing counseling, and cross‑selling credit union products or services to benefit the member and achieve established sales goals.
  • Assist members with opening and closing accounts, answer questions about products and services, and resolve problems within authority; refer unresolved issues to the supervisor with recommendations.
  • Accurately receive, inspect and verify cash and negotiable instruments for deposit, accept loan payments and other monetary transactions as directed, and balance transaction input at the end of each workday.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Perform additional job duties as assigned by the manager.
Education & Experience
  • A high school education or GED.
  • One to three years of similar or related experience.

Physical Demands

Regular speaking, hearing, sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching; occasional lifting or moving items over 15 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Work Environment

May be exposed to mild to moderate stress levels associated with job duties.
