- Assist branch in meeting monthly performance standards for the branch and fulfill individual performance standards monthly.
- Interview members and process applications for all types of consumer loans, reviewing application and documentation for completeness and accuracy according to credit union compliance guidelines.
- Conduct all member account functions, including processing requests for new services, providing counseling, and cross‑selling credit union products or services to benefit the member and achieve established sales goals.
- Assist members with opening and closing accounts, answer questions about products and services, and resolve problems within authority; refer unresolved issues to the supervisor with recommendations.
- Accurately receive, inspect and verify cash and negotiable instruments for deposit, accept loan payments and other monetary transactions as directed, and balance transaction input at the end of each workday.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Perform additional job duties as assigned by the manager.
- A high school education or GED.
- One to three years of similar or related experience.

- Processes account entries and transactions accurately and writes routine reports and professional correspondence.
- Communicates effectively with members and employees.
- Performs basic arithmetic and computes rates, ratios, and percentages.

- Addresses problems involving variables in varied situations.
- Maintains a positive attitude, remains flexible while focusing on accepted practices, policy, productivity and effectiveness.
- Process member financial transactions, resolve problems and answer questions within authority.
- Actively participate in branch, department, and staff meetings to stay current on policies, procedures, compliance and product development.
- Attend continuing education classes to enhance job knowledge and performance; seek opportunities to learn new skills.

Regular speaking, hearing, sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching; occasional lifting or moving items over 15 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
