• Job Title: Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician – Locum Tenens
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens (Per Diem)
• Practice Setting: Office-based with call coverage
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 12 hours (as needed)
• Estimated Patient Encounters: 5 per shift
• Department Beds: 12
• Trauma Level: Level 4
• Start Date: December 29, 2025
• End Date: December 30, 2025 (potential for ongoing coverage)

• 1+ year of clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN
• Active Kentucky physician license
• Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• Fellowship training preferred
• Laser certification preferred

• Deliver comprehensive office-based obstetric and gynecologic care
• Manage both low and high-risk pregnancies
• Interpret fetal heart rate monitoring (NST, CST, FSE)
• Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds (Level I & II)
• Conduct amniocentesis and routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, c-section)
• Handle complicated deliveries (breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs)
• Repair 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Perform office/minor gynecology procedures (IUD placement, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP)
• Conduct surgical gynecology procedures (open, laparoscopic, operative/major)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
