Ultra Health Providers seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary care to seniors in skilled nursing facilities. This part-time role allows you to work either one full day or two half days per week. You'll work collaboratively with a supportive clinical team and provide essential psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Ideal candidates hold a valid Nurse Practitioner License in Kentucky and have a clinical background in adult or geriatric care, along with a DEA License.
