About the Role:

Empowering Learning are seeking enthusiastic and caring Nursery Teaching Assistants (Level
3) to join many of the private day nurseries we work with in the Middlesbrough area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with young children and contributing to their early development in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the learning and development of children in the nursery setting
Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers
Observe and record children's progress

Requirements:

Relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
A genuine passion for working with children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to purchase one
