£55,000 + Van / Car Allowance + Holiday + Pension + Training
Are you an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor looking for a senior position where you can take ownership of an electrical department and play a key role in the growth of a successful renewable energy business?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company working across a diverse range of electrical and renewable energy projects, including EV charging, battery storage, solar PV and air source heat pumps. You will be responsible for managing the electrical team, overseeing work from initial surveys through to completion, signing off certification and supporting the development of less experienced electricians.

The role offers a strong balance between management and hands-on electrical work, making it ideal for an experienced QS who still enjoys being on-site and wants to have a genuine influence on the quality and delivery of projects.

The Role:

Manage and support a team of electricians
Act as Electrical Qualified Supervisor and sign off certification
Carry out site surveys and prepare jobs/materials
Support electricians on-site and remain hands-on when required
Mentor and develop junior electricians
Work across EV, battery, solar and ASHP projects

The Person :

18th Edition
AM2 / Gold Card
Electrical testing experience
Previous team management experience
Solar PV and ASHP knowledge desirable
Full UK driving license
