Responsibilities
- Enter vendor invoices and statements into the accounting system
- Ensure invoices and expense reports have proper approvals
- Track invoices and maintain accurate AP records
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Support the Controller with day-to-day AP functions
- All levels encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills; comfortable being on the phone
- Experience working in an ERP or accounting system
- Basic Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Construction or job costing experience
- Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum, Sage, or Timberline
- Flexible part-time hours
- Short-term project with immediate impact
- Ideal for consultants or professionals between roles
Schedule: 24 hours per week (flexible days and hours)
Pay Rate: $ per hour commensurate with experience
