** Job Summary*
* The Workplace Services Community Ambassador is a highly visible, client- and executive-facing role responsible for delivering a white-glove workplace experience. This position creates a warm, polished, and professional atmosphere while ensuring all office spaces are impeccably maintained and fully supported. The ideal candidate brings a hospitality mindset, exceptional professionalism, flexibility, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
** KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:*
* + Serve as the first point of contact for clients, executives, and visitors, delivering a consistently elevated hospitality experience
+ Maintain the presentation, cleanliness, and readiness of all shared office spaces, including reception areas, conference rooms, workstations, pantries, and supply areas
+ Prepare conference rooms before and between meetings, ensuring furniture alignment, technology readiness, and attention to detail
+ Restock and manage pantry, catering, and office supplies to ensure seamless daily operations
+ Clean, sanitize, and organize pantry and catering equipment daily
+ Provide reception and administrative support; anticipate needs and respond to requests promptly and discreetly
+ Utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for communication, scheduling, coordination, and documentation
+ Maintain working knowledge of office systems, room reservations, and basic office technology
+ Communicate business activity updates and escalate maintenance, safety, or service issues as needed
+ Support the planning and execution of executive meetings, client visits, and office events
+ Adhere to all security, health, and safety protocols
+ Perform additional duties as assigned

* REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* + Hospitality, hotel, concierge, or client-service experience strongly preferred
+ Excellent Microsoft Office skills required
+ Professional presence with strong attention to detail and presentation standards
+ Discreet, trustworthy, and committed to confidentiality
+ Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, executive environment
+ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
