365 is a modern dental practice located at 7 Greenbrook Rd, Middlesex, NJ. We are hiring a Dental Hygienist to provide high‑quality patient care and support the practice’s mission.

• Monday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (flexible)
• Tuesday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (flexible)
• Wednesday: off
• Thursday: off
• Friday: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm (every other)
• Saturday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm (flexible)
• Must be available at least every other Saturday

• Provide concierge care with exceptional chairside manners and build trust with patients.
• Identify signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers to enhance overall oral health.
• Document and review detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take x‑rays and intraoral images to aid in treatment planning and track progress.
• Perform oral hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the attending dentist.
• Handle emergency measures during patient treatment.
• Provide instructions for at‑home care and oral health maintenance.

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Extensive knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including hygiene procedures, patient screening, and documentation.
• Additional state‑required certifications or licenses as necessary.

• Salary: $50–$55 per hour plus quarterly bonuses.
