NJ Licensed Surveyor – Central New Jersey
Established and growing Survey/Land Development firm in Central NJ is seeking a New Jersey Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can manage survey projects, mentor field crews and CAD staff, and work directly with clients, municipalities, and engineers.
Responsibilities- Oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction surveys
- Review plats, deeds, easements, and legal descriptions
- Manage field crews and coordinate office production
- Prepare and review survey drawings and documents
- Interface with clients, contractors, and municipal agencies
- NJ Professional Land Surveyor License
- Strong knowledge of boundary and topographic surveying
- Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
