We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team on a full‑time basis. The position would be responsible for providing occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in their homes or alternate community settings within Middlesex County, NJ.

Responsible for providing occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in their homes or alternate community settings.
Principal Responsibilities- Support the organization’s mission with excellence and positive interpersonal relationships with co‑workers.
- Assess and evaluate clients for occupational therapy needs and develop and implement appropriate plans of action in collaboration with the physician.
- Document all changes in client’s condition and update care plans and outcomes accordingly.
- Identify patient, caregiver, and family counseling and education needs and apply appropriate teaching strategies.
- Monitor quality and appropriateness of services provided.
- Participate in VNA Health Group’s QAPI and in‑service programs.
- Adhere to agency infection control and safety policies.
- Adhere to the organization’s policy regarding absenteeism and appearance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy Licensure in NJ
- 2‑3 years of prior clinical experience and community‑based experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid NJ driver’s license
Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation.
In compliance with New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000. Compensation is determined based on scope and responsibilities of the role, candidate’s work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
