As a Bilingual Care Companion with SYNERGY Home Care of Piscataway, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to provide non-medical in-home care and support to our patients in Middlesex, New Jersey
. This is a rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, patience, and empathy. As a Bilingual Care Companion, you will be working alongside our team to provide personalized care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

• Provide non-medical in-home care and support to clients, including assistive care, companionship, and homemaking services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Provide companionship and social support to clients
