- Looking for an LSW for in-home geriatric counseling. Minimum 8 client caseload, Supervision for your clinical hours is free with minimum caseload. Including but not limited to Spotswood, Old Bridge, Edison, Woodbridge, South River, Port Reading, Hourly rate $41.00.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree and valid LSW in the state of NJ required
• NJ driver's license in good standing required
• Two (2) years of counseling experience preferred
• EHR knowledge preferred
• Flu vaccine required during flu season
