About the Role

Join our dedicated team at Hampton Inn and Suites, Sharon, where we prioritize cleanliness and guest satisfaction! As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the welcoming atmosphere our guests love.

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily cleaning goals.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
