Product Portfolio Head

Be an individual contributor, and work closely with the customer facing teams and the offshore teams, bringing in knowledge about customer domains, program management, technology delivery, and owning the field escalation path

Deploy and configure the product in customer/delivery contexts; unblock adoption

Convert recurring field workarounds into product requirements

Own the deployment playbook, reference implementations and enablement material

Report field reality to the Product Head without filtering

Must-Have Requirements

15 + yrs in forward-deployed engineering, solution architecture or delivery consulting

Hands-on technical: can debug an integration live in front of a customer

Has led a small field team

Willing to travel and work customer hours

Must have worked extensively in AI and Data, specifically configuring Data Pipeline to procure data from various sources. Creating Data Products- when required.

Must have AI Foundation – deep understanding AI from the perspective of Agentic, LLM, Classic AI, GEMINI, GPT, Claude. AI Governance and defensive AI.

Nice to have –

Domain specific experience in Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Marketing Technologies or Enterprise Finance.

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
