About the Team
The Tik Tok Shop US Operations team is responsible for building a high-quality and scalable fulfillment network to support the continued growth of Tik Tok Shop in the U.S. Our team works closely with fulfillment centers, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and cross-functional partners to continuously improve operational performance, capacity, quality, cost, and customer experience. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment.

- Support end-to-end fulfillment operations across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
- Track and analyze key operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, capacity, SLA performance, and cost-related metrics.
- Assist with daily and weekly performance reviews of fulfillment centers and 3PL partners, identifying operational risks and supporting follow‑up actions.
- Support capacity planning and peak-season readiness by analyzing volume forecasts, warehouse capacity, labor requirements, and operational performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to identify operational bottlenecks and improve warehouse productivity and process efficiency.
- Assist in cross-functional projects involving Operations, 3PL partners, Product, Supply Chain, and other internal teams.
- Support the development and standardization of operational SOPs, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Able to work on‑site for at least 4 full working days per week; 5 days preferred.
- Able to commit to an internship period of no less than 3 months.
- Previous internship or project experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL operations.
- Familiarity with inbound, inventory, outbound, capacity planning, or warehouse performance metrics.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or other data analysis and visualization tools.
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Experience developing SOPs, operational reports, or process documentation.

Job Information【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
