- Construction of overseas automated warehouses, including installation, implementation, and acceptance of shelving and equipment, ensuring on‑schedule delivery and operation.
- Installation, commissioning, and go‑live operation of automated equipment such as CTU, packaging machines, sorting machines, and put‑to‑light walls.
- Go‑live of automated operations; optimization of systems, operational processes, and human‑machine collaboration to maximize equipment value.
- Maintenance, upkeep, and regular inspections of automated equipment to ensure stable operation during the operational period.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Automation or related fields with excellent oral English and communication skills.
- Working experience leading automated equipment projects in the industry.
- At least three implementations of large‑scale automated e‑commerce projects, including go‑live and operation.
- Deep understanding of the principles and business applications of automated equipment and systems (preferred).
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121,600 - $220,400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package, which may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
