Position SummaryWe are currently seeking an experienced Steel Fabricator to join our team in West Middlesex, PA. This is a union position offering competitive wages, benefits, and the opportunity to work on a wide range of structural steel projects. Candidates should be reliable, safety-focused, and experienced in steel fabrication processes.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Lay out, measure, cut, and assemble structural steel components
- Perform MIG, Stick, and/or TIG welding as required
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of steel fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with welding and fabrication tools
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
We operate two shifts:
- Day Shift: Monday–Friday
- Evening Shift: Monday–Thursday (Overtime available based on workload)
