Skin and Aesthetics Center is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider, either a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant, to provide comprehensive dermatologic care to patients across our network of partner practice locations. As part of our healthcare management services organization, this role offers the opportunity to work in both general dermatology and cosmetic procedures in a collaborative, physician‑supervised environment.

The ideal candidate is a licensed NP or PA with dermatology experience who is passionate about skin health and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. You will work autonomously while collaborating with our team of dermatologists and support staff.

• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Master's degree in Nursing for NP candidates, or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies for PA candidates)
• Current and active New Jersey license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• National certification appropriate to the role (NP certification in Family, Adult, or Women's Health, or PA‑C certification through the NCCPA)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, dermatology preferred

• Dermatology or aesthetic experience strongly preferred
• Experience with cosmetic procedures (Botox, fillers, laser treatments)
• Board certification or specialty credential in dermatology
• Bilingual capabilities

• Conduct comprehensive dermatologic examinations and skin cancer screenings
• Diagnose and treat common dermatologic conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, and others)
• Perform minor surgical procedures including biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy
• Provide cosmetic treatments such as injectables, chemical peels, and laser procedures
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on skin health and preventive care
• Collaborate with supervising physicians on complex cases
• Travel between assigned practice locations within designated service areas
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

Reliable transportation required for travel between designated practice locations

• Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Proficiency in dermatologic procedures and cosmetic treatments
• Strong patient communication and education abilities
• Knowledge of dermatology pharmacology and treatment protocols
• Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation
