Sales Development Rep/SDR, Sales Associate/Assistant
To learn, support and gradually take on responsibilities in Sales or Sales overlay function. The role equips fresh graduates with a holistic understanding of the sales ecosystem and develops skills required to progress into a frontline sales or Sales overlay role.
Key Responsibilities- Undergo structured learning on IT Services, Sales Process, Industry Vertical and Organizational offerings
- Shadow Sales & Sales Overlay professional to understand the real-world sales practices
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentation and Sales collateral
- Work with sales team in research, market mapping and account profiling activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Marketing, legal etc
- Set learning goals and complete milestones in sales/sales overlay as required
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
