Client Acquisition Specialist – Base Pay + Commission | $250K+ Total Earning Potential
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist (Setter / Opener) to generate new opportunities by connecting with homeowners and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a field-based, entry-to-mid level sales role focused on lead generation and appointment setting, not management.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with homeowners in assigned areas (door-to-door outreach)
- Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Clearly communicate the value of our services to potential clients
- Track your daily activity and performance
- Represent the company with professionalism and energy in the field
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
- Self‑motivated and goal‑driven mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus (not required)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus. Have a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
