Overview
Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the restoration industry, is hiring a Crew Supervisor/Lead Water Tech for a full-service restoration company located in Woodbury, Minnesota.
Compensation and Benefits- Hourly rate: $22.00-$25.00/hr. (DOE)

Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee the work of the technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction
- Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided
- Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
- Respond to water damage incidents promptly and effectively.
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification to mitigate further damage.
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to determine restoration needs.
- Assist with executing mold remediation procedures in compliance with IICRC and industry standards, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Remove and dispose of contaminated materials safely and effectively.
- Coordinate post-remediation testing to ensure successful mold removal.
- Safely and professionally handle asbestos removal projects following IICRC guidelines and regulations.
- Dispose of asbestos-containing materials in accordance with safety protocols
- Coordinate fire damage restoration efforts, including debris removal and cleanup
- Clean and restore properties affected by fire, smoke, and soot using IICRC-recommended techniques.
- Employ specialized techniques to eliminate odors and restore structural integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of restoration activities, following IICRC documentation standards as specified by company.
- Document project progress and communicate effectively with clients and project managers.
- Complete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize proprietary software if required
- Clean and maintain all tools, equipment and supplies
- Ensure customer is satisfied and happy with the work performed
- 3-5+ years of Restoration Industry Experience
- IICRC, WRT/ASD and MRT are a plus
- Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
- Strong communication skills
