Mechanic​/Machine Assembler

Position: Mechanic / Machine Assembler
Machine Assembler - Mechanic Join a growing industrial equipment manufacturing company as a seasoned Machine Assembler-Mechanic. This hands-on role works with large industrial mixers, dryers, process equipment, and mechanical systems while supporting assembly, troubleshooting, fabrication, and customer installations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Assemble and disassemble integrated industrial process equipment, including chillers, dryers, pumps, HVAC systems, heating packages, mixers, and drive components.

-Read and interpret P&IDs, pneumatic circuits, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to complete assembly, installation, and troubleshooting work.

-Diagnose and repair mechanical and equipment issues involving motors, gears, air circuits, bearings, piping, alignments, sensors, and other components; level and align equipment using appropriate tools.

-Perform piping and mechanical fabrication, including bending pipe/tubing and MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, while supporting customer installations and working with shop personnel and clients. Required Skills & Experience
-10-15+ years of hands-on experience assembling, maintaining, troubleshooting, or repairing industrial equipment.

-Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including air circuits, motors, gears, bearings, piping, and equipment alignment.

-Basic electrical troubleshooting skills, including use of a multimeter, industrial panels, sensors, motors, solenoids, contractors, VFDs, and PLCs.

-Ability to weld using MIG, TIG, and Stick, bend pipe and small tubing, work overtime when needed, and travel to customer sites for installations approximately 10 times per year. Preferred Skills & Experience

- Experience with large industrial mixers, dryers, pumps, chillers, HVAC systems, or other integrated process equipment.

-PLC troubleshooting experience and the ability to cross-train across different shop functions. Apply today!
