Responsibilities- Lead daily warehouse operations across inbound receiving, inventory movement, picking, packing, putaway, and outbound shipping activities.
- Ensure all operational processes are executed in compliance with established SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor daily operational performance, including throughput, productivity, UPH, and service level metrics, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Develop staffing plans and allocate labor resources based on forecasted volumes and operational priorities.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, capacity constraints, inventory congestion, and workflow backlogs to maintain operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with warehouse operations, transportation, and line haul teams to ensure seamless end-to-end execution and timely shipment processing.
- Conduct daily operational reviews, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and frontline associates through training, performance management, and career development.
- Build a high performing, accountable, and safety-focused team culture.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and workplace safety standards, including 5S practices.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for shift-level operational issues and drive timely resolution to minimize business impact.
- Associate's degree or above.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, sortation centers, logistics, or supply chain environments, with hands-on experience managing frontline operations.
- Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
- Strong workforce planning and labor management skills, with the ability to allocate resources based on changing business needs and volume fluctuations.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage operational disruptions and maintain service levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in large-scale fulfillment centers, sortation centers, parcel logistics networks, or cross-border logistics operations.
- Experience managing diverse teams in multilingual and multicultural environments.
- Experience managing operational performance metrics, including productivity, throughput, quality, and service level performance.
- Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, warehouse safety standards, and 5S workplace management practices.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across warehouse, transportation, and planning teams.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing process optimization projects.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102,600 - $159,600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
