Job OverviewSupport fabrication processing, improve process quality, work on yield and efficiency improvements, reduce costs, and resolve manufacturing line problems. Maintain safety training and act in accordance with safety and environmental sustainability guidelines. Resolve yield, quality, defect and equipment related issues. Apply SPC, FDC, and 8D methodology to identify, diagnose and resolve process issues. Analyze data using various application and engineering knowledge to make critical process decisions.
Provide troubleshooting support for complex process issues. Coordinate and lead meetings; track action items and provide resources for timely closure of actions. Perform project work to optimize wafer processing.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
- Education or experience in SPC and design of experiments.
- Experience with scripting, programming and visualization tools, including MATLAB and Microsoft Suite.
- Data intuition and data visualization skills.
- Experience with data collection, warehousing systems, data analytics, and data cleansing.
- Knowledge of process flow related to area equipment.
