Crew Member, Retail

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Crew Members to deliver friendly, reliable service to travelers at our busy travel center. In this role, you'll greet guests, process fuel and retail transactions, prepare food and beverages, and keep the store, restrooms, and fuel areas clean, safe, and well stocked. You'll follow safety and cash-handling procedures while working closely with a supportive team. Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to travelers at the counter, register, and sales floor
• Operate POS systems to process fuel, food, and retail transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store, restrooms, and common areas
• Prepare and handle food and beverages following safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor fuel islands and parking areas, reporting safety or security concerns
• Answer customer questions about services, products, and amenities
• Support inventory tasks, including stocking, rotating, and tracking products
• Follow company policies on cash handling, safety, and loss prevention
