Let’s be clear:
This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position. There are no "warm leads" being handed out on day one. You won't be sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. This role is for the relentless cold-caller, the expert door-knocker, and the Linked In networking pro. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline from scratch through aggressive outreach, cold calling, and strategic prospecting.

If you aren't comfortable with high-volume cold outreach, this is not the role for you.
