Construction Administrative Accounting Assistant

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Accounting Assistant to join our growing construction team! This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Quick Books experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of day-to-day accounting responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have prior construction industry experience and be comfortable handling invoicing, payroll support, reconciliations, and general accounting tasks. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices and assist with payroll
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Support month-end close activities
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Work closely with internal teams to support accounting operations

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Construction industry experience required
• Experience with invoicing, payroll, and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
