Accounts Payable Specialist – Beverly, MA

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Beverly, MA. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday, full‑time (30–40 hours per week).

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense items in Quick Books and related accounting systems.
• Prepare weekly payment runs; issue checks; process ACH and outgoing wire transfers.
• Prepare journal entries, support general ledger maintenance, and assist with month‑end close.
• Generate AP aging reports; reconcile intercompany accounts and corporate credit card activity.
• Investigate and resolve AP questions with internal partners; process customer refunds as needed.

• 3–5 years of hands‑on accounts payable experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word; strong attention to detail, communication, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
