The Procopio Companies is seeking an Accounting Manager in Middleton, MA to oversee monthly close, financial statements, internal controls, and GAAP compliance for a portfolio of multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
You will supervise staff, review rent roll, AP, and owner reporting, and collaborate with Operations and Corporate teams to drive cost control and process improvements. A Bachelor’s degree is required; CPA is preferred but not mandatory.
