Experienced PT Leadership Opportunity | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000 Total Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

What You'll Do
- Lead the daily clinical and operational success of your clinic while delivering exceptional patient care.
- Mentor, develop, and support clinical and administrative team members to build a high-performing, patient-focused culture.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff while fostering professional growth.
- Monitor clinic performance, productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial goals.
- Partner with regional leadership to improve operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice).
- Minimum of 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
- CPR and/or AED certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional patient care.
