We have an immediate need for a Temporary Data Analyst to join our team located in Beverly, MA. You will support the needs of the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm.

• Identify, collect, and analyze relevant data, ensuring scalable, data-driven solutions that support strategic and tactical decisions.
• Implement data exchanges, create and validate algorithms, and present insights through detailed reporting and visualization.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems effectively.
• Communicate actionable recommendations to team members and senior staff.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for interpreting complex data sets and delivering actionable insights.
• Collaborative mindset with effective written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
• Technical expertise in system development and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration of data solutions.
• Proficiency in computer programming to create and validate algorithms efficiently.
• Solid understanding of installment lending.
• Sharp decision-making skills to evaluate data-driven recommendations effectively while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
