• Ensure safe operation of the manufacturing operation and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Complete day‑to‑day assigned tasks and follow written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
• Practice safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and company EHS expectations.
• Assist in updating documentation as required.
• Collaborate with fellow operators to ensure product quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance functions and fill out maintenance work orders for mechanical problems.
• Assist in other manufacturing areas as needed.
• Perform in‑process laboratory testing to satisfy intermediate and finished product requirements.
• Administer accurate batch sheets, retain sample collections, and follow proper procedures for handling, storing, and transferring hazardous materials.
• Operate all equipment in the department, conduct cycle counts, operate forklift and material handling equipment.
• Report incidents and communicate as required.

• Fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment involving a wide variety of functions and activities.
• Participate in activities within the plant, department, and cross‑functional teams.
• Use computer software, both PC‑based and enterprise systems, combined with frequent interpersonal communication.

• High school diploma or higher education preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing operations preferred.
• Committed to operator‑driven in‑plant lab testing, autonomous & preventive maintenance, problem solving on the shop floor, 5S, etc.
• Good interpersonal, analytical, problem‑solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced in working within a team environment and adaptable to change, capable of leading change.
