Hours:
7:30 PM to 7:30 AM (with overtime as needed)
- $27.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience + shift differential

As a Production Operator, you will...
- Practice safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations.
- Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
- Be responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
- Follow proper procedures for handling, storage, and transfer of hazardous material.
- Operate all equipment within your respective department.
- Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to learn and participate in operator-driven in-plant lab testing, preventive maintenance activities, shop floor problem solving, and 5S workplace organization (training provided).
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team-based environment.
- Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures.
