MK Services, a AS9100-approved manufacturing organization in Middleton, MA. is growing and ready to add to our team! We are currently searching for CNC Mill Set Up Machinist.

The CNC Mill Setup Machinist is responsible for setting up, proving out, and supporting production on 3-5 axis CNC milling machines in a fast-paced, high mix manufacturing environment that supports the Aerospace and Defense industry for highly complex, precision machined components. This is a key role within the organization and will work collaboratively across other machinists, quality inspectors, CNC programmers, engineering and leadership in their daily activities.

The successful candidate will be able to independently set up CNC equipment to produce precision machined components that meet and exceed all blueprint requirements. This position requires strong technical expertise in CNC machining principals encompassing fixture and work holding selection, cutting tool types and proper selection, CNC machine setup, process / quality troubleshooting, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
