• Associate's Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• A year of experience in cardiac telemetry or related cardiac care setting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring techniques
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, interpreting data to identify any distress or abnormalities
• Administer treatments and medications as per the medical plan of care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to assess and adjust the care plan focused on cardiac health
• Educate patients and families on heart health practices and home care instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and care in line with hospital policies
