Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Guest Care

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report observations through appropriate site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout academic buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify concerns.;
Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and assist with visitor screening, directions, and general support across the location.;
Support campus operations by documenting incidents, communicating with site contacts and/or first responders, and following Allied Universal post orders and procedures.
