Project Technician

We are looking for an individual that has a passion for customer service, is mechanically inclined, and has a an understanding of AV, lighting and automation systems.

• Installation of High End Residential A/V Systems
• Utilize hand tools to assemble and install equipment
• Interpret schematics for accurate installations
• Provide field service support as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in installation, maintenance, or field service roles
• Proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical aptitude

Needed:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to commute to all areas of Massachusetts, some NH/ME
• Ability to stay overnight for when consecutive days of work are at farther away distances
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Must work full 5 day weeks
• Must maintain company provided vehicle to highest standards, dress in company uniform at all times, and maintain a positive working attitude as a professional at all times
• Must respond to all email, text, and phone communications within one business day, sooner as required
• Must handle off hours issues as required
