We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist (potential for permanent) to support a busy office in Middleton, WI, providing exceptional front desk services and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and ensure they feel welcomed in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls with efficiency and poise.
- Manage and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Support staff with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Has previous experience as a receptionist, customer service professional, or in a similar role.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Thrives in a professional environment and works well in a team setting.
- Can effectively multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
