We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist (potential for permanent) to support a busy office in Middleton, WI, providing exceptional front desk services and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and ensure they feel welcomed in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with efficiency and poise.
  • Manage and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support staff with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Has previous experience as a receptionist, customer service professional, or in a similar role.
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Thrives in a professional environment and works well in a team setting.
  • Can effectively multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
