Education/Experience

Required:

High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Day to day responsibilities include driving the post office (1.2 miles away) and picking up the mail, bringing it back to the site where it would then be sorted, processing any outgoing mail or packages throughout the day, printing any print requests that may come in, delivering packages / mail, being the onsite contact for customer interactions.
• Single person location.

Qualifications:

• A self-motivated professional with strong customer service skills, basic technical knowledge, and experience supporting office operations, mail services, print services, or facility-related functions in a client-facing environment.
• Package deliveries and mail runs throughout the day, ability to lift potentially heavy packages / paper boxes.
• Dress Code:
  Business Casual
• Driving:
  Yes, to the post office to pick up the mail.
