We are seeking a Ready-to-Wear Product Development Manager to join our Headquarters and play a pivotal role within the Collection & Product Development team.

The successful candidate will oversee the development of Ready-to-Wear collections, managing product teams across multiple categories (Knitwear & Jersey, Leather, and Denim) and collaborating closely with Design, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment with the brand’s creative vision, quality standards, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of Ready-to-Wear collections, supervising multiple product categories to ensure stylistic, qualitative, and positioning consistency
  • Coordinate and support Product Development teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and brand quality standards
  • Manage the end-to-end product development process, from prototype to sample approval, with particular attention to materials, construction, and fit
  • Collaborate closely with the Design team to translate creative concepts into industrialisable products while maintaining design integrity
  • Oversee leather product development, ensuring material excellence, craftsmanship, and finishing standards
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and proposing technical solutions
  • Work in close partnership with Merchandising, Industrialisation, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to guarantee successful product delivery
What You’ll Bring
  • Someone with proven experience in Ready-to-Wear Product Development within the luxury fashion sector
  • A deep understanding of materials and garment construction, with essential expertise in leather
  • A strong leader with experience managing product development teams
  • Highly organised, solution-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively in complex environments
  • A keen eye for product detail and a strong alignment with luxury fashion values
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
