Urology Opportunity – Southeastern Wisconsin (1 Hour from O’Hare Airport) $600+ RVU
Urologist – Wisconsin (1 Hour from O’Hare International Airport)
Position HighlightsJoin a well-established, physician-led practice with strong referral networks.
General Urology with opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests (e.g., robotics, oncology, men’s health).
Light call schedule shared with a collegial team.
Competitive compensation package with guaranteed base salary + productivity incentives.
Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Base Salary: $600,000+ (DOE) + RVU productivity incentive.
Productivity Bonus: % of collections or RVU-based incentive.
Relocation Assistance: Provided.
PTO: 20 days + holidays.
CME: 5 days + $5,000 annual allowance.

Malpractice coverage (with tail)
Provide comprehensive urology care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of urologic conditions.
Perform outpatient procedures and inpatient consults as needed.
Participate in surgical cases, including the opportunity to incorporate robotics or other subspecialty interests.
Collaborate with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and experienced clinical staff.
Engage in community outreach and maintain strong referral relationships.
Document all patient encounters in compliance with medical and legal standards.
Participate in shared call responsibilities (light call 1:3).
MD or DO with completion of accredited Urology residency/fellowship.
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Urology.
Eligible for Wisconsin medical license.
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a community setting.
Proficiency in general urology procedures and patient management.
Surgical expertise, with optional focus in subspecialties such as robotics, oncology, or men’s health.
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and bedside manner.
Ability to balance autonomy with teamwork in a physician-led environment.
Dedication to ongoing professional development and participation in CME activities.
