Urology Opportunity – Southeastern Wisconsin (1 Hour from O’Hare Airport) $600+ RVU

Urologist – Wisconsin (1 Hour from O’Hare International Airport)

• Base Salary: $600,000+ (DOE) + RVU productivity incentive.

• Productivity Bonus: % of collections or RVU-based incentive.

• Relocation Assistance: Provided.

• PTO: 20 days + holidays.

• CME: 5 days + $5,000 annual allowance.

• Provide comprehensive urology care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of urologic conditions.

• Perform outpatient procedures and inpatient consults as needed.

• Participate in surgical cases, including the opportunity to incorporate robotics or other subspecialty interests.

• Collaborate with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and experienced clinical staff.

• Engage in community outreach and maintain strong referral relationships.

• Document all patient encounters in compliance with medical and legal standards.

• Participate in shared call responsibilities (light call 1:3).

• MD or DO with completion of accredited Urology residency/fellowship.

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Urology.

• Eligible for Wisconsin medical license.

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a community setting.

• Proficiency in general urology procedures and patient management.

• Surgical expertise, with optional focus in subspecialties such as robotics, oncology, or men’s health.

• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and bedside manner.

• Ability to balance autonomy with teamwork in a physician-led environment.

• Dedication to ongoing professional development and participation in CME activities.
