We are seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Neurologist to join a well-established, physician‑led medical group. This opportunity offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, strong professional support, and a great deal of practice autonomy.

• Base Salary: $365,000
• Productivity Bonus: % of collections or RVU-based incentive

• Provide comprehensive neurological care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of neurological disorders
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic studies such as EEG, EMG, and imaging
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with organizational policies
• Participate in call coverage (1:3 light call rotation)
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and best practice initiatives

• Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurology residency program
• Fellowship training in subspecialty neurology (preferred but not required)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Eligibility for Illinois state medical license
• Current DEA certification or ability to obtain
• Skills
• Expertise in diagnosing and managing neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, and neuromuscular conditions
• Proficiency in conducting and interpreting neurodiagnostic tests (EEG, EMG, NCV, etc.)
• Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication abilities with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and continuous professional development
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timely documentation
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team‑based setting
