Location

Position OverviewWe are seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Neurologist to join a well-established, physician‑led medical group. This opportunity offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, strong professional support, and a great deal of practice autonomy.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $365,000
- Productivity Bonus: % of collections or RVU-based incentive
- Relocation Assistance:
Provided - Paid Time Off (PTO): 20 days + holidays
- CME: 5 days + $5,000 annual allowance

- Provide comprehensive neurological care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of neurological disorders
- Conduct and interpret diagnostic studies such as EEG, EMG, and imaging
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with organizational policies
- Participate in call coverage (1:3 light call rotation)
- Engage in continuous quality improvement and best practice initiatives
- Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurology residency program
- Fellowship training in subspecialty neurology (preferred but not required)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Eligibility for Illinois state medical license
- Current DEA certification or ability to obtain
- Skills
- Expertise in diagnosing and managing neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, and neuromuscular conditions
- Proficiency in conducting and interpreting neurodiagnostic tests (EEG, EMG, NCV, etc.)
- Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication abilities with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine and continuous professional development
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timely documentation
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team‑based setting
- Full‑time, permanent position

- Outpatient‑focused with limited inpatient responsibilities (varies by practice model)
- Experienced support staff to streamline clinical efficiency
- Shared 1:3 light call rotation with neurology colleagues
