Thermo Fisher Scientific - - Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Building Automation System (BAS) and associated mechanical control systems supporting site operations;
Monitor building systems performance, including HVAC, environmental controls, alarms, and trending data, to ensure reliable and compliant operation;
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve BAS and controls-related issues, coordinating with Facilities, Engineering, vendors, and service providers as required;
Configure, modify, and maintain control system graphics, trends, alarms, schedules, and user access in accordance with site requirements;
Support preventive maintenance and calibration activities for BAS hardware, sensors, controllers, and associated field devices
