Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducts comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessments.
- Conducts hearing and balance evaluations for patients of all ages according to established standards.
- Evaluates, repairs, and performs fittings on hearing aids.
- Performs VNG Testing.
- Performs Cochlear Implant candidacy evaluations, activations, and re-mapping.
- Conducts follow-up evaluations for patients.
- Performs canalith repositioning maneuvers.
- Dispenses FM assistive listening systems and other assistive devices.
- Provides community service talks throughout the area and the Mercy Health System.
- May be required to work flexible hours.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Doctoral Degree in Audiology.
Certification and LicensureLicensure as an audiologist.
Completion of CEUs for state licensure.
Passing the Driver's License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.

SupervisesDirectly supervises audiology staff at Mercy Clinics as well as audiology services at Mercy Hospital and other outlying clinics. Supervises Clinical Fellowship Year audiologists.
Pay Range$64,012.06 - $
