Lutsen Mountains is looking for a professional Housekeeper able to attend to our facilities at both the Eagle Ridge and Superior Ridge lodging locations with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.

• Maintain resort standards of cleanliness and understanding and following pre-established guidelines and direction from manager or supervisor.
• Transport and carry cleaning supplies including housekeeping cart, vacuum and sanitizers to/from various resort and outlying areas.
• Clean hotel units, common areas, restrooms, hallways, lounges and corridors; restock supplies.
• Respond to room calls.
• Help to maintain resort and common areas including shoveling, and garbage pick-up.
• All other duties as assigned

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain an elevated level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Knowledge of English language
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays required and willingness to flex up or down in scheduled work hours (based on business needs)
