Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality talent across the organization. This role owns the end-to-end recruitment process, builds strong talent pipelines, partners closely with hiring managers, and ensures an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth goals. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and able to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and candidate population.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer and onboarding
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, Linked In, referrals, campus recruiting, and industry events
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support workforce planning by anticipating hiring demand and market trends
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and success profiles
- Provide guidance on interviewing best practices, bias mitigation, and legal considerations
- Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions
- Support employer branding initiatives and social recruiting efforts
- Represent the organization at career fairs, workforce events, campus recruiting, and early-career programs
- Promote referral programs and engage internal stakeholders to drive participation
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first touch through onboarding
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates in both English and Spanish

Systems, Reporting & Optimization
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness)
- Optimize recruitment processes and tools for efficiency and scalability
Onboarding Support
- Partner with HR Operations to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding
- Support new hire onboarding activities as needed, including bilingual communication when applicable
Qualifications
Required
- 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience recruiting for both professional and production roles
- Campus recruiting or early-career program experience
- Employer branding or social media recruiting experience
