Training Program Coordinator

Team: Workforce Development / Training / HR

Type: Full-Time | 1st shift | Monday - Friday

Are you passionate about developing people, leveling up skills, and creating training that actually makes an impact? Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Training Coordinator who will help shape the future of workforce development across our organization.

In this role, you’ll be the driver behind our learning strategy, designing and coordinating programs that help our employees grow, perform, and thrive. You will:

• Build and deliver training programs, curriculums, and development initiatives
• Partner with internal trainers, leaders, and external training resources
• Design training progression paths and monitor employee performance
• Create metrics to measure program success and continuous improvement
• Ensure a consistent, high‑quality training experience across the organization
• Support skill verification for key roles and conduct training when needed
• Develop external relationships, training providers, workforce agencies, funding partners, etc.

• ✔ Has strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• ✔ Is comfortable analyzing information, creating metrics, and using technology

• ✔ Handles confidential information with professionalism and care

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field (required)
• 2–3 years of training, teaching, or workforce development experience (preferred)
