QA TesterJob Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to help us ensure our ecommerce platform runs smoothly, securely, and reliably across all devices. You'll play a key role in identifying bugs before our customers do. You will be in charge of reviewing updates for accuracy and reviewing existing services for potential improvements. On a day-to-day basis you will complete functional, performance and usability testing across a variety of devices and suggest improvements.
Job Description- Provide bug reporting and documentation.
- Suggest improvements to improve user experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to reproduce complex bugs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to envision improved user experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with developers, designers, and product teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (or related field) or equivalent work experience
- Experience with manual functional testing across desktop and mobile platforms
